By submitting my application to HomeChoice (PTY) LTD, I acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of my personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, No. 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and applicable South African legislation.

For the purposes of this notice, “processing” has the meaning assigned to it in POPIA and includes, but is not limited to, the collection, receipt, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, dissemination, linking, restriction, erasure, or destruction of personal information.

- Demographic information (where required for employment equity reporting and handled confidentially)
- Accuracy of information
I confirm that all personal information provided by me is accurate, complete, and truthful. I understand that the provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information may negatively impact my application and may constitute grounds for withdrawal of an offer or disciplinary action, where applicable.
- Retention of personal information
I acknowledge and agree that HomeChoice (PTY) LTD may retain my personal information on record for future role matching and employment opportunities, in line with POPIA retention principles and applicable legal requirements.

If your application is not successful, we may retain your information securely for a limited period so we can consider you for future opportunities that may be a good fit unless you ask us not to.
We only keep information for as long as it is lawful and necessary to do so.
